HOW TO COOK BEANS


1 cup of dried beans 

( red kidney beans, chick peas, 
haricot beans, butter beans ), 

1. soak the beans overnight  

2. Drain and rinse the beans. 

3. Place them in a pressure cooker 
with just enough water and cook 
them for 5 minutes under full 
pressure. 

4. Leave the lid on for 15 minutes 
then drain. 

5. Reserve the cooking liquid, 
divide the beans into 4. Each 
portion should weigh about 2 1/2oz.
The Beans and liquid can be frozen
and kept for future use.
