This dish is very simple.
It has been included as
it is a favourite
Ingredients

Salmon, 
Parsely Sauce


Method

1. Fry the salmon very
gently with not to much
oil. Leave the lid on 
so that it steams.

Do not over cook. 
8 minutes is enough.
The salmon should turn
a pale colour.


PARSLEY SAUCE

--Ingredients--
			
25g(1oz)	margarine		
25g(1oz)	plain flour		
300ml(1/2pint)  milk 
salt and pepper 
chopped parsley

--Method-- 

Put the margarine, flour 
and milk into a saucepan.
Heat , whisking continuously, 
until sauce thickens and 
becomes smooth. 

Season and add the parsley.
Add more liquid if the
sauce is too thick.
